exa v0.9.0 weekly #1

This is exa’s first weekly release. The goal of these is to get features and bug fixes out to you people quicker.

So what’s changed in seven days?

• Fixed a bug where text was underlined despite --colour=never.
• Merged Pull Requests #300 and #302.
• Wrote some scripts to automate releasing code.

Doing meta-tasks like writing release scripts instead of doing tasks-tasks like fixing bugs is a totally me thing to do. So while I may have only got through one real bug, I think it’s a decent start.
